We all know Obama HATES to be called out, especially when he is in the middle of peddling his rhetoric, but that is just what this reporter did and it did not go well.
Obama was speaking at the Department of energy, when a reporter decided to take a chance and ask a question a little off topic about Iran.
From Young cons:
After Obama finished speaking at the Department of Energy, a reporter asked the president if there had been any “progress†on the “Iran talks.â€
Obama quickly undercut the question, proclaiming, “I’m sorry, we’re talking about energy. It’s a great story. So, hopefully you’ll focus on it.â€
“We gotta try, sir,†Smith then replied.
“This is a really important story,†Obama shot back.
“And there are often more than one at a time, sir,†the reporter rebutted.
“Yeah, but this one really matters,†Obama added.
Apparently, one of the most dangerous countries in the world obtaining a nuclear bomb DOESN’T MATTER? A country who’s leader was just quoted Saturday for saying “death to America.” Obama of course did not allow a follow up question from the journalist who was actually doing his job. It just shows you how indifferent the president is when it comes to our safety and our standing in the world. To him, those things are NOT “what really matters”. He said it himself.
