If there is one thing Ellen DeGeneres is known for, it is her dancing. Well, that and being a famous lesbian of course. But it was the dancing that got one prankster into some trouble. On her popular talk show, Ellen asked people to tape themselves dancing behind people without them knowing, and submit their recordings to the show. On Christmas eve, Alex BOK, a man who calls himself  “your favorite prankster”, picked the wrong person to dance behind. The clip shows Alex dancing behind a NYPD officer, and he does not find it funny. From the VERY edited clip, the cop first insults him, and then he is later “dramatically” pushed to the ground by an officer. The comments I have read on the TMZ website, mostly support the prankster and condemn the officer. One person wrote, “and this is exactly the thuggish, bullying behavior we should no longer tolerate!” Another person commented saying.
“This is a bully with a badge once again abusing his rights. What if that were a young child, a pregnant women , his mother or his wife would he have done the same thing? How would he react is someone did the same to him?”
But, there were a few people who thought the dancer was in the wrong. Â Jason Squadroni wrote, “what was the officers first sentence; “what are you doing behind me”? ,…two of their brothers were snuck up on and murdered…how do you think these cops are going to react. Stupid man, stupid stunt, and bad timing, equals stupid.” Â In my opinion, I think his little prank wasn’t very bright. Cops are on edge right now, as they should be. Two NYPD officers were just shot, so one could understand why they don’t find twinkle toes amusing. This guy needs to fill his dance card without annoying our boys in blue. Lord knows, they have more than enough to be annoyed about lately.
