Christian Pizzeria forced to close for standing by their faith, but God may be rewarding them…

Those of us who are properly informed about the religious freedom law in Indiana know that it has NOTHING to do with discriminating or bigotry. This is a dishonest attempt by the left to manufacture outrage to further their political agenda. Bill Clinton signed a Federal version of this law in 1993, and there was ZERO response from liberals. 19 other states including states run by Democrats, have bills nearly identical to Indiana’s law, but that isn’t stopping the left from spreading hate and intolerance.

One small pizzeria is getting the  bulk of this hate directed at them, simply for standing up for their religious freedom. Crystal and Kevin O’Connor own “Memories”pizza parlor and they were asked hypothetically if they would ever cater to a gay wedding. They explained that they welcome anyone in their restaurant but, because of their faith, they wouldn’t feel comfortable in participating in the actual wedding.

“We’re not discriminating against anyone, that’s just our belief and anyone has the right to believe in anything,” O’Connor told a local news outlet. Seems like no big deal right? WRONG!

These poor people were attacked with death threats and hate.  Their YELP page was bombarded with sexual pictures of naked men, and disgusting comments about their family.

One threatening message even came from a High School coach. Jess Dooley a coach at Concord High School of Elkhart, Indiana took to Twitter to say,

“Who’s going to Walkerton, IN to burn down #memoriespizza w me? Agree with #FreedomofReligion bill? “That’s a lifestyle they CHOOSE” Ignorant.”

Coach Suspended After Threatening to Burn Down Christian-Owned Pizzeria

Not long after the Tweet was posted, the entire Twitter account under Dooley’s Twitter handle “@dooley_11″ was deleted.

By Wednesday, the school had reported that the coach was suspended pending an investigation of her comments.

Crystal and Kevin O’Connor have never experienced hate and intolerance like this. Not knowing what to do, and fearing for the safety of their family, they decided that they had to shut their doors. It isn’t all bad news however, a gofundme page was set up in their honor to help the family survive and support them. Christians from all around the country have joined together to help a family that held strong to their values. The page has reached $43,000 at the time this article was published, let’s keep it going. Time to show the world that HATE should NEVER be tolerated! A lesson that liberals obviously still need to learn.

UPDATE* The Gofundme page for Memories pizzeria has now reached nearly HALF A MILLION DOLLARS!! The total as of April 3rd is $483,746!! And it’s still rising!
